Junior members, friends and family Mini Golf!!

Join us for an afternoon of Mini-Golf this coming Anzac Day Weekend. What a great way to get together with team mates before the season starts! Details are as follows:


Date    Monday 27 April (public holiday)
Time    Arrive 2pm. We finish between 3.00-3.30pm
Venue  Shop 5a 18 O'Hanlon Place, Nicholls 
Cost    $16.95 per participant (inc. revsport fee)

Every junior participant will receive a prize and those that get a top 3 score will get a 'special' prize!

Places are limited so purchase your ticket now. You have until 9.00am 24 April 2026 to purchase your ticket.

 

The Hockey ACT Come and Try day is 28 February 2026

The 2025 Junior Competition kicks off on 1 May and concludes Sunday 20 September.

Junior Competitions

St Pats field teams in most year levels across the Hockey ACT Junior competition structures. We provide opportunities for every child and enter teams into various age groups, with several of our young players enjoying success and at the regional and representative levels. 

Games are played at Lyneham, Tuggeranong or Jerrabomberra. The day matches are played across the weekend varies according to the age group: 

Under 10s - Saturday

Under 12s - Sunday 

Under 14s - Sunday 

Junior State League - JSL - Friday and Saturday

Junior Capital League - CL18 Boys - Sunday

Junior Capital League - CL18 Girls - Friday.

Tuesday 5-6pm Powell - U10 Mixed, U10 Boys, U12 Girls, U12 Boys, U14 Boys

Tuesday 6-7pm  Powell-  U18 Girls, U18 Boys

Wednesday 5-6pm Watt - U14 girls

Wednesday 6-7pm Watt - JSL Girls

Training is unlikely to be held during school holidays - teams will be advised if their team is scheduled to train.

St Pat's Summer Skills Program

The St. Patrick's Hockey Club Junior's Summer Skills Program is taking place at the Australian National University (ANU) Willow Fields on the following Saturday mornings: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th February 2026, between 8am-10am.

The aim of the program is to prepare our juniors for the start of the season in a fun and supportive environment!

 

As per previous years there will be two x1hr sessions:

  • Session 1, 8am-9am – for HookIn2Hockey and U/10 age group field players, and U/12 Goalkeepers.

  • Session 2, 9am-10am – for U/12, U/14 and U/18 age group field players, and U/14, U18 Goalkeepers.

 

Ash Seivers - St Pat's Women's Capital League 1st Grade and Canberra Chill member will lead the program with assistant coaches from both the Women's and Men's Capital League playing group.

 

Are you a GK? High Evans - St Pats Men's Capital League and HACT Rep Goal Keeper will deliver the goalkeeping program.

Across both sessions, the programs will accommodate the different age groups and skills profiles.

​The cost of $42 covers the four week program (note this is $2 more than last year, however you will no longer need to pay the additional RevSport transaction fee separately) - registration is through the following link:
